Emotions n Mature

Until yesterday i still thought mature meant you have to control your emotion.
You couldn't show your emotion in front other people..
Be cool in front others..
That's wrong really wrong..
That's true mature means you have to control your emotion but didn't erase it just reduce it.
When you feel angry, you can anger but try to not make it be big issue..
because actually you can't erase your anger.
If you try to not show your anger in front others,actually you just made the anger will being save in your heart..
Just like you save a coin everyday in a kitty.
Until one day your heart really full n you can't tolerate again,just imagine how your anger will come out.
N on that day you no need big issue to make the anger come out,just little very little sense touch your anger n finish the innocent person or things or both :O around you get the impact from your own fault..
This just not only for anger other emotion will give same impact too..
Laugh,Cry,Annoy,Cranky,n etc..
You can't show your emotion that's good for your health n others around you..
Mature in emotion just same like the ilustration you on diet..
Diet not means you can't eat and torture yourself..
Just good in a few days or max a month and after that you will eat all things around you or you will going to hospital..
Diet means you have to control your daily food,eat nutritious food,regular exercise, n sometimes you can eat unhealthy food but really delicious (usually always like that) ahaha.. remember sometimes not everyday or always >_<''
You can anger,laugh,cry or etc in front other,but see the condition try to think future..
Don't keep it if u can't but try to always think positively..
Simple words is we are human we created with emotion guys..
Treat others like you treating yourself.
Example; don't ever angry in front public..
Try hold up your anger until only between you and him/her.
or if you can try to channel it in other things..
Same like diet choose apple rather than a piece of tart..
but sometimes you also can eat a piece of tart,n avoid you will eat a whole of big tart (:D)
You can switch your anger on sing,sport,write or other things..
n sometimes you also can angry..
Maybe this hard you to understand just with read this,except you have these experience.
But just try to do it,practice it n these will really make you feel a heaven..
always listen your deepest heart..
We learned from experience from mistake,but thats not always your mistake or experience you also can learn from others..
